Jiangsu Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (JSTD), with Jiangsu Science & Technology Development Company as its
predecessor company, was founded in July 1992 and authorized by the state Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
(MOFTEC) as a unit entitled foreign trade rights in February 1996. In January 1998, it was set up as Jiangsu Science & Technology
Development Group Company in accordance with the instruction of Jiangsu Province Science & Technology Commission, and in
January 2006 further restructured as a limited liability company according to the deployment of Jiangsu Provincial Government.
 
Its main business service includes agent imports and sales of medical equipment and science education apparatus. This company
has already established stable cooperative partnerships with Siemens in Germany, GE in US, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent,
Philips Electronics in Netherlands, TOSHIBA in Japan, Intuitive Surgical-Fosun etc., and now becomes the main  agent import of
their products in China.

2011, reached 100,449,642 U.S.Dollars in 2012, reached 100,289,611.00 U.S Dollars in 2013, reached 109,388,943 U.S. Dollars in
2014，reached 81,183,799 U.S. Dollars in 2015, reached 86,672,336 U.S. Dollars in 2016, reached 100,533,031 U.S. Dollars in 2017,

paid enterprise income tax,value-added tax: 465.87 million yuan in 2011, 475.91 million yuan in 2012, 429.42 million yuan in 2013,
475.54 million yuan in 2014, 407.24 million yuan in 2015, 428.02 million yuan in 2016, 627.13 million yuan in 2017, 920.85 million
yuan in 2018, 412.60 million yuan in 2019,1044.13 million yuan in 2020.
 
In 2001, this company was identified by both Jiangsu Provincial Government Procurement Center and Nanjing Municipal
Government Procurement Center as the medical equipment import bid-winning unit and then honored by Nanjing Customs as the
AA Trustworthy Unit (Top Level Foreign Trade Agency). The company was 2013 (ninth) bidding for the integrity of the 10 annual
selection of industry suppliers.This company enjoys the membership of VIP clients of such five banks as Bank of Communications,
Bank of Shanghai and Bank of China, etc. Moreover, it has been cited as the Excellent Taxpaying Enterprise by Nanjing municipal
